NETWORK SECURITY
ePrintOne features a potent, multidimensional security system that includes redundant, stateful packet-inspection firewalls on each dedicated network segment and a robust network-based intrusion detection system that scans network traffic for known vulnerabilities and attack signatures. ePrintOne’s proactive, advanced patch delivery system allows it to deploy critical server patches and updates within hours of their release.
DATA MANAGEMENT
ePrintOne utilizes the latest in data management software to efficiently and reliably perform all aspects of data management, including archive protection, recovery and disaster recovery, and storage resource management.
SERVER MONITORING
ePrintOne Servers are monitored round-the-clock using multiple remote sensors that cross-reference each other to provide more accurate reporting than typical systems. Connectivity and server load are a few of the metrics that are monitored and reported to our administrative teams. These teams are automatically paged about any critical alerts and use the information to ensure availability and performance SLAs are met or exceeded. In effect, the proactive performance and availability monitoring ensures no down time with "clear path" routing to maintain network stability.
