Q. What is ePrintOne?
A. ePrintOne is a one-stop, over-the-web, trade only printing solutions
provider. ePrintOne provides a simple, powerful way, to access
over 22,000 products for resale by its Partners. ePrintOne functions
as a back end business management and wholesale purchasing system
freeing Partners to concentrate on marketing and business development.
Q. How can I start using the ePrintOne System?
A. You can register to become a Partner either at the Silver, Gold,
Platinum or Enterprise levels. The Silver Partner level is free
to use while the other levels require monthly license fees for
use.

Q. What modules are available with the various ePrintOne StoreFront™
Solution?
A. ePrintOne includes Order Entry and Processing, Order Status, Design
Editor, Proofing, Payment, Collections and Settlement. Shipping and
Tracking, 24/7 Support, ERP Connectivity, CRM, and Optional Call
Center.
Security
Q. Where is my customer information stored?
A. ePrintOne stores all information on a series of computer servers
that are housed in a state-of-the-art computer storage facility
with high speed data lines for rapid access to information. The
facility is designed to withstand natural disasters as well as
common power failures.
Q. How is my corporate and customer information protected?
A. All information is encrypted for security and has a back-up system
of additional protection. It is stored on our networked ASP based
servers.
Q. How can I be sure that my information is not compromised or used
by ePrintOne to sell direct? A. None of the customer information
is available to anyone other than you. ePrintOne will never solicit
customers directly ever and will signs agreements with our partners
reiterating that fact.

Q. Is there a cost to create a profile?
A. It's entirely free to join the community and create a profile
Q: How do I retrieve my password?
A. Click on the Forgot Password Link on the sign-on page. Enter your
email address and your password will be emailed to you.
Q: How do I select a Product when I sign-in?
A: Click on the Products link in the top menu. From the left hand
navigation, select the product you wish to order.
Q: How do I change my password?
A. Click on User Admin Link for the Top Menu. Update your password
in the first section.
Q. Is payment processing secure?
A. Yes, Payment processing is secure. This site uses the latest encryption
technology to ensure that every transaction is a safe one. All
transactions are processed over the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) with
128 bit encryption (the highest level commercially available).
Q. How is credit card processing handled?
A. Credit card transactions are handled by Moneris, one of the leading
and most respectable payment gateways.
Q. Is my credit card information stored in your Database?
A. No. Credit Card numbers are not stored in our database.
Q. How long does an order take to process?
A. An order typically takes 3-5 days to process, plus the time for
shipping.
Q. How is my order shipped?
A. When you checkout your order, you have the option to select the
method of shipment. All orders are shipped via UPS.
Q. How much do the products cost?
A. All prices for all available quantities are listed when you select
the Product that you wish to order.
Q. Do you provide 24/7 support?
A. Yes. You can call our toll free number for assistance anytime.
Q. What browsers are supported with your software?
A. Currently, the software supports Internet Explorer and Firefox.
Q. I do not see the editor appear on my webpage?
A. You will need to install Flash player to see the editor.
Q. Can I become a storefront?
A. Yes, everyone has the ability to become a storefront. A software
license will be required. Contact us to get more information.
Graphics Editor
Q: How do I load a template?
A: Open the side panel.
Click on the Templates tab. Click on the item category. Hover your
mouse over the template to preview it. Click on the template to load
it.
Q: When I select a template or graphics category, it comes up empty.
Why?
A: Graphics can take some time to load.
This is especially true if you are on dial-up. We recommend high-speed
internet access. Please be patient and wait while the image loads.
Q: How do I change colours in a Black + 1 Standard Colour or Two-Colour
template?
A: Click on the appropriate triangle in the top-right corner of the
editor.
The triangles are the current document colours. Clicking on them
changes all text, graphics, etc. of that colour to the new colour.
Q: How can I preview a template without loading it?
A: Hover your mouse over the template.
The preview will appear in an enlarged format.
Q: How come when I change font my text disappears?
A: Fonts may take some time to load.
Please be patient. Your text is not gone--it will come back, with
the new format. (Please be aware that some fonts do not have all
styles available, such as Bold, Italic, etc.
Q: Text-align isn't working!
A: Text-align changes don't show.
Once you're editing the text-field (double-click on it and start
typing), you'll see the alignment.
Q: How do I get rid of those annoying side-tabs?
A: Click on the highlighted tab.
The entire side tab should collapse. Click on a tab again to open
them.
Q: Save and Proceed tells me something is outside the margin. What
gives?
A: You cannot print outside the margins.
The Save and Proceed button automatically highlights the out-of-bounds
object. Take a look at the screen before you click Ok. Clicking on
the erroneous item usually moves it into the margins, but not always.
You may need to resize objects to make them fit.
Q: What are those weird square handles on shapes?
A: Stretch handles.
Click on them and drag them along to stretch any object in the indicated
direction.
